We pick you up at 4.30 in the morning at the hotel, then we take you to the Ngurah Rai airport to get the one hour flight to Lombok. Upon arrival in Lombok, our guide and driver will pick you up and then take you to the south of Lombok. We take you firstly to Banyumulek, one of the villages that preserves the tradition of making the best ceramics and terracotta of the island. Then we continue our trip to Sukarare village where the Sasak women still weave the famous fabric Ikat and Songket using the old technique that passed down from mothers to daughters from one generation to others. Then we will proceed to the traditional village of Sade-a village with typical buildings made from mud, bamboo and straw (long grass of alang-alang), where all the buildings including the mosque are still built with traditional architecture. Day 1: (Bali – Lombok:) Bali – Gunung Sari – Segenter – Bayan – Sendanggila – Senaru – Malimbu - Senggigi
We pick you up at 4.30 in the morning at the hotel, then we take you to the Ngurah Rai airport to get the one hour flight to Lombok. Our first stop is in the traditional morning market of Gunungsari to experience the local market atmosphere with its typical smells and colors, and then we proceed to the Segenter traditional village where the Sasak people still maintain their traditions in both construction styles and their Wektu Telu Belief. Continuing the trip, we will take you to visit the oldest mosque in Bayan, North Lombok, made of thatched roof and bamboo posts. Afterwards we take you to the largest waterfall on the island called the Sendanggile waterfall, located in the middle of the dense rainforest. Finally our trip ends in the village of Senaru, perched high on the slope of Mount Rinjani, the main starting point for climbing Mount Rinjani. Our lunch will be provided here. On our return we will stop at Malimbu Hill to enjoy the magnificent view of the Gili Islands. Day 2: (Lombok – Bali) Banyumulek – Sakarare – Sade – Kuta – Tanjung Aan – Bali
After having breakfast, we take you firstly to Banyumulek, one of the villages that preserve the tradition of making the best ceramics and terracotta of the island. Then we continue our trip to Sukarare village where the Sasak women still weave the famous fabric Ikat and Songket using the old technique that passed down from mothers to daughters from one generation to others. Then we will proceed to the traditional village of Sade-a village with typical buildings made from mud, bamboo and straw (long grass of alang-alang), where all the buildings including the mosque are still built with traditional architecture. Afterwards, we will continue our tour to the paradisiacal beaches of Kuta and Tanjung Aan - an ideal place for swimming and sunbathing. Lunch will be provided here. Breakfast at the hotel. We depart for the city tour, visiting on the way the royal garden and the floating palace of Mayura, and then we proceed to the temple of Meru, built to honor the gods of the three volcanoes: Mount Semeru in Java, Mount Agung in Bali and Mount Rinjani in Lombok. Our next stop is Narmada Water Temple famous for her royal pools and the forever young spring; and afterwards we take you to the sacred sanctuary of Lingsar which are respected by both the Hindu Balinese and the Wektu Telu moslems. Lunch will be served in Suranadi local food stalls. After lunch there is a chance for a refreshing bath in the Suranadi natural springs. Afterwards we take you to the temple of Batu Bolong, a sea temple where in the past time the virgins were thrown to the sea to please the infernal spirits. We take you through the Busuk pass with her monkey forest where live friendly monkeys, then we will continue our trip to the port of Bangsal to embark a motorized boat that takes us to the Island of Gili Air and Gili Meno where we enjoy the beauty of the pure paradise in bicycle or in horse drawn carriage, visiting among others the forest of mangroves and the lake of salt water. Lunch will be served in a food stall in these islands. After sunbathing on these beautiful beaches, we continue our journey to Gili Trawangan to spend all day on her beautiful beaches, solitary white sandy beaches with coconut palms and turquoise blue sea water, an ideal place for swimming and sunbathing. Snorkeling (swimming under the surface of the sea) equipment is available here to enjoy the rich variety of marine life of the Gili islands.
