THE GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

THE PRICES:
The prices are correct at the time of publication (Dicember 2016), however the prices are subject to change without prior notice so please double check with us for the latest prices.

The inclusion for prices for each tour can be different in one tour with other tour. Please recheck the tour inclusions with us. In some tours, Price 1 only includes the vehicle, fuel and guide and driver; you pay the other expenses at your own cost; while price 2 (all inclusive) includes air conditioned van or bus, fuel, parking fees, entrance fees and donations, mineral water, meal (lunch or dinner), a tour guide (and a local guide if necessary) and a driver and free use of sarong when entering temples.

The prices are based on pick up venue in Ubud, Sanur, Denpasar, Canggu, Seminyak, Legian, Kuta, Jimbaran and Nusa Dua areas or South Bali areas. Pick up from other areas are available with extra cost. Contact us for details!

EXCHANGE RATES:
The prices are quoted in Euro per person but payable in US Dollar or in other currencies or in Indonesian Rupiah according to the latest exchange rate.

MINIMUM PARTICIPANTS:
The minimum number of participants to do the tour is 2 persons, except rafting and elephant safari ride. One single traveler generally pays an extra charge of 50% - 75% to do the tour alone (contact us for details). Children (4-10 years) generally pay half price. Infants (1-3 years) will be free of charge for tours but pay an extra charge for the meals.

PAYMENT:
The cost of daily tour is settled in cash upon the departure of the tour. The package tours with overnight or flights require 50% deposit when the reservation is made and the rest of payment must be settled one week prior to the tour departure. The sum of money received must be net, any expenses for the transfer is at your own cost.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Daily tours cancelled on the departure day of tours are subject to 25% cancellation fee counted from the tour prices. Cancellations made at the tour departure times are subject to 50% cancellation fee counted from the tour prices.
Deposit already paid will be discounted from the paid expenses as well as hotel cancellation fees or flight payments. The rest will be reimbursed to the sender after discounting the cost of bank transfer.

TOUR GUIDE:
During high seasons (July 1 to September 30 and December 15 to January 5 or Eid Mubarak holidays) we only guarantee tours with the English speaking tour guides. The service of French, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian speaking guides depend entirely on the availability. We recommend you to book French, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian speaking guide at least 3 months in advance for high season period. The drivers or the local guides for trekking, rafting or climbing only speak limited English.

TIP POLICY:
Tips are not inclusive in the tour price so if you are satisfied with the services of guides and drivers, generally after the tour they will expect tips from you. It’s up to you how much you would like to give them.

RESERVATION:
The reservation for daily tours must be done at least one day prior to your tour departure. The reservation for high seasons (July 1 to September 30 and December 15 to January 5 and Eid Mubarak holidays) should be done at least one month before. We recommend you to make reservations for package tours with hotel and (or) flight as early as possible, especially for tour packages in Borneo to enable to get the river boat in time. The reservation for the package tours with overnight or flight is only confirmed after the payment of 50% deposit. The rest of payment must be settled one week before arrival. TOUR DURATION:
Tour duration is approximate duration which depends on the traffic and weather condition. However if all scheduled visits have been done, the tour is finished although the approximate tour time duration is not completed yet. Additional visit to other object(s) outside of the program is subject to an extra cost. Tour duration is counted from the agreed departure time from the pick up venue.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We recommend you to have your own travel insurance from your country or from international insurance companies.

RESPONSABILITIES AND FORCE MAJEUR:
All tour programs and activities are subject to local circumstances as well as weather conditions. The sunrises, sunsets, the view to the volcanoes, lakes or mountains depend entirely to the nature and weather, as well as the appearance of monkeys, dolphins, herons, and all other animals. If due to the weather conditions or natural catastrophe(for example volcano’s eruption or smoke arose from forest fire) or road conditions (flood or landslides) we cannot go to see a particular object or the particular object can’t be seen, we will take you to other interesting place in the same route or with the same price as the compensation. Cancellation or delay of flights by such force majeure is beyond our responsibility.

We act only as an agent for transport companies, hotels and other companies that render their services, and for this reason we have to deny responsibility for any damage, lost, injured including death, unforeseen delay and irregularity that are outside of our reach.
